1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jillimine online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through jillimine (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered account holders and visitors.

By accessing the jillimine Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of jillimine following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on jillimine, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in casino-style gaming activities.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jillimine, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jillimine or by any regulatory authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. jillimine accepts no liability for losses incurred by ineligible players who have misrepresented their eligibility.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of jillimine services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Rule: Each individual may register only one jillimine account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jillimine login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jillimine will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorized by you.
• KYC Verification: jillimine may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Inactivity: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or administrative closure, subject to applicable Philippine regulations. jillimine will provide reasonable notice before applying any inactivity fee.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jillimine are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: jillimine currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. jillimine reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable security checks. jillimine aims to process verified withdrawals on the same business day where operationally possible.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. jillimine may require additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different payment method.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to all deposits and withdrawals. Current limits are displayed on the jillimine cashier page and may be adjusted based on your account verification status and VIP tier.
• No Third-Party Payments: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. jillimine does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return any such funds to their source.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jillimine offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified on each promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses have a specified validity period, after which unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account. Validity periods are stated on each promotion page.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. • One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in the cancellation of all active bonuses.
• Abuse Prevention: jillimine reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts, or collusion with other players.
• Modification and Withdrawal: jillimine reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress, except where required by law or regulatory directive.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

jillimine is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following terms govern gameplay on the Platform:

• Certified RNG: All jillimine games that rely on random outcomes use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are not influenced by previous results, bet size, or any other external factor.
• Published RTP: Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published on the respective game information pages. Live casino and table game RTPs are determined by standard mathematical rules of the game.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, jillimine reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. jillimine's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
• Disconnection Policy: If you are disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, jillimine's system will complete the round according to the game's standard rules. The outcome of the completed round will be binding.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games. These limits are displayed within each game interface. jillimine reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any account at its discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jillimine Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to jillimine support immediately.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits after using the deposited funds for wagering.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jillimine staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jillimine Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the property of jillimine or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without jillimine's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use jillimine's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of jillimine's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jillimine.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jillimine's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jillimine account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jillimine shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond jillimine's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or acts of government.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jillimine's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

jillimine collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to jillimine's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• jillimine collects personal data necessary for account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance.
• Your data is stored on secure servers and protected by industry-standard encryption and access controls.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time through your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

12 Account Termination and Suspension

jillimine reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, jillimine reserves the right to forfeit any account balance, including both real money and bonus funds. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, jillimine will return your verified real-money balance after deducting any outstanding obligations.

You may close your jillimine account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jillimine Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jillimine reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jillimine will notify registered account holders via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the jillimine Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
